We offer carts in several sizes to match your event perfectly. Our mini cart serves 3-4 trays for up to 120 guests. Medium and large carts handle 7-9 trays, serving up to 270 guests. For bigger events, we bring multiple carts or extra trays on-site.

Every booking includes one professional server, plus all the cups, spoons, and napkins your guests need.

Allow 1 hour for setup; we’re packed and gone 15 minutes after service ends. Our freezer carts work indoors or out (Florida shade preferred), and need standard power access- we provide taped-down extension cords.

Chris and I are not huge fans of cake, so we knew we wanted to do something different for dessert. We both love ice cream and that is where we went for our first date, so we knew that we wanted to incorporate ice cream in some way. I had known of The Gelato Carte from previous events and after seeing all the different flavors they had and tasting them, we knew we needed them at our wedding. Their service was awesome and our guests loved it. Many told us that they went up multiple times and tried multiple flavors. If I was to have one regret at my wedding, it would be that I only had one serving; My husband had at least three!
